Preserving our heritage, one barn at a time.
It is estimated that we lose one stone barn every 6 days. We work to preserve these historic structures.
Our forefathers built stone barns from European designs. In America they made changes to the designs and improved the strength.
These barns should remain as proof and a thing of wonder for our descendants. They contain many resources that are no longer readily available for modern construction.
Pole barns weren't built 100 years ago and only have a life span of around 50 years. European barns have lasted for hundreds of years. Tuck pointing and maintaining the original stone foundation costs thousands less than tearing it down and replacing it with block, or concrete.
Call us for an estimate on what we may be able to do to restore your beloved barn building.
We serve the areas of Western Wisconsin, Southeastern Minnesota and Northeastern Iowa.
